Please be aware that the exterior woodwork restoration project will be underway throughout the complex during your stay. The work involves Ohia Wood Posts, railings on the 2nd and 3rd floors, trellises, and A/C enclosures. Each building will undergo renovation one at a time over approximately 2-4 weeks. The contractor will access upper floor lanais via ladder, with this project starting in July 2024 and concluding in March 2025 (dates may vary based on weather conditions). Work hours will be from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out.

Your accommodations feature a comfortable bedding configuration: Master Bedroom with a King Bed, Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a Living Room with a Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy exclusive access to the Hilton Pool Pass, valid for up to six guests per pass (children under five are not counted toward this limit). The pass allows access from 4 pm on your arrival day until 11 am on your departure day. You'll find the pass along with an instructional letter in your vacation rental upon check-in. Additionally, enjoy complimentary self-parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel and gain entry to all pools, waterslides, and hot tubs. Towel service is included as well.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the $10 daily rate for Fitness Center access (regularly $25), while Locker Room access is available for $20 per day. It’s important to note that additional guests cannot be added to the pool pass, which is exclusively for registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. Any breach of this policy could result in revocation of the pass. Please also be advised that passes cannot be sold and must remain part of your stay at our participating properties. In case of loss or damage, a $250 replacement fee will apply.
